This little dog is a happy fellow who came to Safe Haven because his former owners, who are in the military, were both deployed. His shiny brown button eyes say, “Let’s play,” but after a good romp he settles down well. We know Sammy would be fine in a home with other dogs because he came to Safe Haven with his canine friend, Lilly. We don’t know if he’d enjoy cats. Sammy is not housetrained.
