Woody has had tough breaks and good luck in his short life. The people who brought him to Safe Haven found him in a dumpster. The little guy's pelvis was broken but not his spirit. The dog lovers nursed him back to health, but because their apartment complex only allows one dog per family, relinquished him to the sanctuary. Now this perky young fellow is waiting for a forever home.
