Fiona is young and playful. She loves to chase balls and hang out with people. Not yet a year old when she came to Safe Haven in November 2009, Fiona was underweight and suffering from a skin disease that caused her coat to be patchy and sparse. The condition is not contagious to other dogs or humans. She was put on meds by our vet so she can look and feel her best.
